Hope Center Israel provides a two-step job readiness and support program that equips survivors with the skills and ongoing support they need to succeed. We also provide an opportunity for employment through our social enterprise Kitepride.
Our 3-month professional education and training course gives survivors practical tools and training so that they can enter the Israeli workforce with confidence.
With newly acquired skills, we guide survivors towards meaningful job placements that they can take pride in. Following placement, we extend continuous support to both employers and employees, fostering a conducive environment for success and growth.
Our program includes 2 years of continuous occupational and psychological support—from the beginning of the course, extending through job placement and beyond.
