Holistic rehabilitation for survivors of sex trafficking
Hope Center provides survivors with the chance at a fresh start. Our goal is to remove the obstacles that keep victims trapped in the exploitation cycle by providing a comprehensive program that imparts practical skills, facilitates job placement, and offers emotional support.
Partnering with Israel to Expand Survivor Employment
In 2026, the Israeli Ministry of Welfare and Social Affairs is partnering with Hope Center to cover approximately
30%
of our operating budget. This marks the sixth year our work has been recognized and supported through this partnership.
This funding helps power crucial job training and workforce placement programs for survivors of trafficking, helping them rebuild stable and independent lives.
Our 3-month professional education and training course gives survivors practical tools and training so that they can enter the Israeli workforce with confidence. Topics include:
Resume Writing
Interview Preparation
Job Search Workshops
Professional Styling
Self-care
And more…
Job placement
With new skills in hand, we help survivors find job roles so that they can earn a living they are proud of. Once the placement is made, we offer ongoing employment support for both the employer and the employee to ensure success for everyone involved.
Mentorship
Mentorship is vital in the recovery process of survivors. That's why our program includes 2 years of continuous occupational and psychological support—from the beginning of the course, extending through job placement, and beyond.
Partnership
Hope Center equips and strengthens a growing network of rehabilitation centers and welfare frameworks across Israel.
Organizations we partner with
Rather than serving only individual participants, we partner with over 10 organizations to provide employment-focused training & professional guidance for survivors through our programs, and staff development - helping them better support survivors on their path to stability and independence.
A contribution to Hope Center is not just an investment in one program, but in a national network of care and restoration.

We also collaborate with additional NGOs and are part of a broader coalition addressing trafficking and exploitation across Israel.
KitePride, our collaborative fashion social enterprise, empowers survivors and vulnerable communities through safe, sustainable employment. By crafting upcycled bags in secure workspaces across key global cities, KitePride creates both social and environmental impact.
In these environments, individuals gain practical skills in sewing and design, leading to financial independence. Materials like kites, sails, parachutes, tents, and hot air balloons are repurposed, reducing waste while promoting sustainability.
Since 2018, over 70,000 bags have been created, repurposing more than 23,000 square meters of salvaged materials. Our fabrics are certified by the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) and made from traceable recycled materials, including ocean waste, helping reduce pollution.
Production in South Africa, Romania, and the Netherlands (Amsterdam) allows KitePride to scale impact globally, addressing regions where economic vulnerability can lead to exploitation as well as employing survivors who are working to rebuild their lives.
Tackling exploitation & trafficking at the root.
Providing survivors with safe-employment
Poverty, unemployment, and lack of education are key drivers of exploitation and trafficking. By focusing production in South Africa (Cape Town), Romania, and the Netherlands (Amsterdam), KitePride addresses these vulnerabilities directly while providing survivors with safe, stable work.
Economic Hardship & Risk
High poverty rates and migration challenges in these regions create opportunities for traffickers, often through false job offers. These conditions increase the risk of trafficking, exploitation, and domestic violence.
Global Impact
KitePride leverages the power of safe employment to prevent exploitation before it begins, provide jobs for survivors, and fund transformative programs in Israel that reintegrate survivors into the workforce through our 2-year employment and mentorship program. This collaboration not only provides sustainable jobs in South Africa, Romania, and Amsterdam, addressing the root causes of trafficking, but also generates critical funds to expand our impact and support more survivors in Israel.
